When booking online we require a 50% deposit on all bookings that are not secured with a credit card. Debit cards are not credit cards and a deposit will be required.

We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all major credit cards. When paying with a credit card, the your account will incur a 2% surcharge.

Long weekends have a minimum of 2 nights stay. Easter weekend has a minimum of 3 nights.

Cancellation policy: 4 weeks’ notice is required for Christmas/New Year period. 2 weeks’ notice for long weekends & public holidays. Group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit & 4 weeks’ notice of cancellation.

48 hours (2 days) notice is required at all other times. A cancellation fee of one night accommodation will apply to the above, including no shows.
