Booking Conditions

Check in time is 1.30pm on wards and check- out time is 10am the following morning.

Early arrivals and late check-outs are available by arrangement. A fee may apply

When making a reservation we require your credit card details or a deposit  to confirm your booking.

When booking on line we require a 50% deposit on all bookings that are not secured with a credit card. Debit cards are not credit cards and a deposit will be required

We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all major credit cards. When paying with a credit card the you account will incur a 2% surcharge

Long weekends have a minimum of 2 nights stay. Easter weekend has a minimum of 3 nights.

Cancellation policy: 4 weeks notice is required for Christmas/New Year period. 2 weeks notice for long weekends & public holidays. Group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit & 4 weeks notice of cancellation.

48 hours (2 days) notice is required at all other times. A cancellation fee of one nights accommodation will apply to the above, including no shows
