Booking Policy:

  • Check in time is 1.30pm on wards and check- out time is 10am the following morning.
  • Early arrivals and late check-outs are available by arrangement. A fee may apply.
  • When booking online we require a 50% deposit on all bookings that are not secured with a credit card. Debit cards are not credit cards and a deposit will be required.
  • We have EFTPOS facilities and accept all major credit cards. When paying with a credit card the you account will incur a 2% surcharge.
  • Long weekends have a minimum of 2 nights stay. Easter weekend has a minimum of 3 nights.
  • Tariffs are subject to seasonal and major events.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 48 hours (2 days) notice of cancellation is required for all bookings.
  • A cancellation fee of 1 night accommodation will apply on bookings including no shows.
  • 4 weeks notice of cancellation is required for the Christmas or New Year periods and 2 weeks notice for long weekends and public holidays.
  • Group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit & 4 weeks notice of cancellation.
