CANCELLATION POLICY: 48 hours (2 days) notice is required for all bookings. A cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation will apply on bookings including no shows. 4 weeks notice is required for the Christmas / New Year period. 2 weeks notice for long weekends & public holidays. Group bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit & 4 weeks notice of cancellation
